Sober On A Drunk Planet
Course and Private Community
Founder Access (Lifetime)
If you’re here, you probably recognise the feeling.
Sobriety is steady now. Life is functional. You’re doing what needs to be done. From the outside, things look fine.
And yet something feels slightly misaligned.
Not chaotic. Not collapsing. Just not fully alive.
This isn’t a course about quitting drinking. It’s about what comes after.
There’s a phase in sobriety that doesn’t get much attention. The old version of you has fallen away, but the new one hasn’t fully formed. You’re no longer fighting alcohol, but you’re not entirely sure what you’re building instead. It can feel flat. Or restless. Or quietly frustrating.
That’s the space this work is built for.
When drinking stops, space appears. Time returns. Energy returns. Headroom returns. But most people aren’t shown what to do with that space. They stabilise — which matters — and then they hover. Life becomes safe, but slightly underpowered.
Sober On A Drunk Planet exists for people who don’t want sobriety to become their whole identity, and don’t want to waste the second chance it created.
This course is about learning how to recognise where your energy rises and where it drains. It’s about noticing misalignment without spiralling, and taking steady action towards something that actually fits. Not through hype. Not through pressure. Not through becoming a new personality.
Through grounded movement.
Founder Access gives you lifetime entry to the Addicted2Life course and private community, along with full access to The Sobriety Framework foundation course and a permanent 50% discount on all future courses added to the Academy.
This isn’t a dramatic reinvention. It’s a steady decision to stop hovering and start building something with the space sobriety gave you.
You don’t need to be in crisis to be here. You just need to know you’re capable of more than repeating the same week on loop.
If that feels uncomfortably accurate, you’re probably ready.
And no, there’s no chanting.
The Course
The Addicted2Life course is built from lived experience, not theory.
It’s designed for people who have stepped away from alcohol and reached a point where life is stable — but something still feels slightly off.
Not chaotic.
Not collapsing.
Just quietly misaligned.
This course is not about quitting drinking.
It’s about what to do with the space sobriety created.
When the noise reduces, time returns.
Energy returns.
Headroom returns.
Most people aren’t taught how to use that well.
This work helps you understand your energy, recognise misalignment, and take meaningful action toward something that fits.
The framework is practical and repeatable.
You’ll learn how to:
-
Notice where your energy rises and falls
-
Identify where you’ve outgrown environments, roles, or routines
-
Move forward without clinging to a new identity
-
Take aligned action without needing motivation or dramatic reinvention
There’s no preaching and no performance.
Just steady forward movement.
This is not about becoming someone else.
It’s about building a life that feels aligned enough that staying sober becomes the obvious choice.
As the Academy grows, additional courses will explore the areas that tend to surface once sobriety has stabilised. Founder Members receive access to these at a permanent fifty percent discount.
The Private Community
Alongside the course, you’ll have access to a private, off-social-media community, run by me.
This isn’t social media.
There are no coaching calls.
No Zoom marathons.
No pressure to perform, share breakthroughs, or prove you’re “doing the work.”
It’s a steady space for people who are building something with their sobriety.
You can ask questions as you move through the course, reflect as your direction shifts, or simply read and take what’s useful. Some people post regularly. Some quietly observe. Both are fine.
The focus isn’t on talking about alcohol.
It’s on what you’re building instead.
Regular anchor posts give you something grounded to return to — practical reminders about alignment, energy, and forward movement in ordinary life.
I built this away from social media deliberately. No dopamine loops. No endless scrolling. No accidental oversharing to people you didn’t mean to update.
Cat videos are still allowed in your life.
Just not as a replacement for it.
